this video was before the most recent update, i feel like in the recent update the counter punch window has been adjusted. Learning how to time counters a lot of the time comes from practice in many online matches. Waiting to find the right distance and range in order to make your opponent miss and land your punch. I feel like personally practice in online matches has helped me get better at counter punching and practice is key to learning to how to counter punch often

You can break the block you’ve got to angle off with normal punches. And the head movement definitely isn’t fight night champion but you need to bait with your ring placement opposite your opponent and slight head movements. You don’t need to hold block just tap L2.

i think the update is slightly better than before in a few things, it’s just ok, there are still definitely quite a few issues that need to be fixed asap

@@itzmegaa_ there’s a lot of whiffing going on and it has nothing to do with being bad at the game like these Marshall RUclipsr of the world you still cannot select any class you want the fucking camera still gets on your way. It still takes 10 minutes or more to find a freaking match. If you guys noticed, the mouthpiece never comes flying out of the mouth of your opponent when you knock them down or out. It’s crazy man. It’s really crazy.

It’s the same thing but the window is slightly smaller. So if you’re trying to counter from the block I feel like it’s pretty crap. If you bait from the edge of range with your hands down lean back then counter they land a lot more. They’ve slightly nerfed countering but in a good way. May not have actually meant to nerf it but it was lost its effectiveness This patch is now all about pattern recognition and pattern trapping. Range baiting. They’ve nerfed power which has buffed normal punches because directionals break the block. Hope this helps

@TheJoaq5 throwing countless power punches back to back to get the fighter stumbling and get the rocked animations is spamming to be honest. It’s way harder to box someone power punch spamming than it actually looks

I knock them dudes out easy. Not everyone fights how you want them to fight lol. You must have trouble with power punchers. If you afraid of power you belong in the amateurs lol jk
