Ur 1% lows in big pois is really bad, try capping ur fps just below ur average framerate. Also ur cpu is really good but ur gpu is a bit too weak for it so ur losing a lot of performance
You didn't made curve optimizer for cpu? Mine stays at 4.4 mhz all the time

Bought a nee cooler and now it doesnt go above 65c
Stock cooler gives that I have a 5700x3d also curve optimizer is good -30 on all cores will bring it down by 12-15c on top of that a $20 cooler will do. My 5700x3d pulls 30 watts while gaming compared to my old 8700k which was pulled well above 150 watts and I’m paying a lot less for electricity now

Please people, don't buy this kind of combos. To have high fps (WHICH DO NOT NEED TO BE MORE THAN YOUR MONITOR) SINGLE-CORE with a good GPU is recommended. It would be a better option than: r7 5800X3D (312$) + 1660 Super (180$ TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT DOES), THIS: r5 7600 (190$) + RTX 4060 or rx 6750xt (310$) (Not a hate message, just a recommendation).
I have an i7 12700k and a 4060 is that good enough for Fortnite
I dont know if thats true, but you are not taking in account that you would also need to upgrade ram and motherboard for that combonation, what i die is simply upgrade my cpu, if you watch my benchmarks you see that i started with r 3200g + 970 gtx, then upgraded cpu because that really helped my fps en then slowly upgrade my gpu which is way cheaper then buying an entire new pc basically

There Is no bootleneck fortnite in performance mode IS super super cpu heavy u will get the same FPS with a 1660s or a 3090 it doesnt matter maybe if he had an i9 14900k or 7800x3d he will need a better gpu
