I’m not sure Andy, probably not only because the show aired 1990 and the figure came out 1998 as part of the Hasbro JLA series toys but that’s only going off of timelines. As always you engage me in thought and thank you for watching. If you do find out, lmk. 👍🏻

@@erniesatticyoutube Knowing it was 1998 helped me look it up. The figure was supposed to be Wally West (like the animated show from 2001), and the 1990's show was Barry Allen (like the Arrowverse show on CW). Any likeness is probably coincidental.

Yes, I also looked at some images and the 90’s TV Flash had red boots instead of yellow boots like the figure with not as much yellow suit accents. Thanks for the follow up.

Hi Cos, yeah the figure is kind of close but it was made when the tech wasn’t there. I’m a huge fan too. When I was training in the martial arts, I always mimicked him. Hiiyaa!! Lol

Good tips Andy. I mostly used the yellow tape on this, and that’s only because I ran out of the blue tape. Yes, it’s not as good as it used to be and the reasonI bought the yellow tape kit with 5 different widths. The clothes look good, especially the cap. I’m happy with the results. 👍🏻

Someone who worked at Mattel told us that the general guideline is that things are scaled down to 7/8 of the correct size

Thank you Pat. I will let him know. Him and I are old school for sure and over the years he’s done some innovative things that make his collecting easier for him to do and I’ve learned many of those things and he’s helped me in my hobby room, of course nothing like the size he has but I’ve been able to fit about thousands of HW’s in the 11x12 room. Hopefully next year I will start sharing it once it’s finished. His hobby house is also like a museum because of all of the different types of memorabilia the video would be over 2 hours. Lol!
