Means it’s time for government to stay out of it and to tell the institution that the NCAA is the rule makers by there choice long ago and as long as there rules are within the constitution and the college institutions that the athletes are awarded a college education as payment for there services . Just make it so that all athletes in every sport receive a college education free . No half scholarship or partial . That way every athletes gets same fair treatment. Close down the NIL and as for the transfers . If they are not happy at the school they chose let them transfer once . Most people are sick of this and the winning. They get paid . They don’t want a education let them go pro and see what happens. But this is putting to much power in someone that should not have it nor have they earned it . The institutions has done so .
