    Thanks for your review. Could you show some sample pages? I like workbooks also and don’t want worksheets.

    You are definitely not organized and your blaming the company and not yourself. You continue to say your kids may need to go back to public school, and they wouldn’t be prepared, that is a lie. We use book shark, the spelling words he uses are about 3 years above what the school would be giving, last week he had pilot and medal, the public school had no spelling, this week he has puppy and baby the public school has cat and dog. Sorrry my kids will be way above in spelling. You don’t like LA or science because they have worksheets, but you hate the History because it has no worksheets. What is it? Organization of work sheet is not that hard, you seem not to want to do it and blame the company. All you have to do, is pt 5o paper organizers on your desk nd have your kids put there done papers in them, and after they go to bed put them where they belong. Do it once a week, all papers go in the done for the day bin, then there there to pull out again the next day, then at the end of the week when they are all done,mi put them back in the folder as completed and all graded. My child is in week 4, is going so fast we finished week 10 yesterday, he loves every part of it, he wouldn’t even get history in school, he would get social studies, this is a police man he helps us. That against, this is a Viking, this is how they travel, this is how they lived, this is what there houses are built of, this is how they hunted and prepared food. And your stating you kids won’t be up to public school, I don’t know your kids but if you think public school is better and they will learn more, than I would put them in public school. Because obviously you have not stepped into one in a very very long time. Because in the three states I have lived in, MA great schools and may be on track with Bookshark. WA, okay schools, no where near Book shark. And FL one of the worse schools I have been to, no where near teaching on grade level, waters down all curriculum to pass a test that will let’s be way above there students ability, the fast test will never be anything but an F for Fl schools, last year they changed the means n A is 64 to 82 percent, meaning an A is now an F. A D is 50 to 64 percent. I don’t know what state you live in, but is your kids after Bookshark are not as equal to public school, stop homeschooling and put them in public school because that is what is best for them. Quit making videos trashing a very great curriculum just because you wish to teach your children how to be disorganized and blame someone else for it.

    Nice video! I started working with my oldest on preschool subjects last August and I was very relaxed with it. We would work on it a few minutes a day whenever he was interested, and so we still haven't really had a "summer break." If he wants to work on something I don't feel like its fair of me to tell him he has to wait until August now lol I am looking forward to starting course books for his kindergarten in a couple of months, though. I think we are both ready for a little more structure, even though he's done really well this past year the way things have been. Im planning on homeschooling year round, but only 4 days a week so we can have long weekends and plenty of time off around the holidays 💗

    I don't want to be mean but you keep saying "your not organized enough" or you "didn't want to think too much" those are skills you have to develop to homeschool a child. You have to come up with organizational routines regardless of what curriculum you use. Personally for completed worksheets we have a "turn in bin" where everything gets thrown and I go through it once every few weeks.

    • @homebody_mommy

    Send you kids to a real school and stop exploting them at home 😂 Homeschooling os proven to cause learning difficulties especially ones associated with social skills. You might not realise ot bit by not having them attend a real school you are servierly harming their future. Homeschooled kids are proven to be less intelligent and less adapt at maneuvering through modern social situations. This can be fixed with as little as two days in a regular school a week though three to four depending on the individuals needs would be best

    • @Dylan-yy3rw
      @Dylan-yy3rw 3 месяца назад

      @@lenagrest6368 The reason they are "liberal" is the social aspect. Most teachers have been recorded to be Republicans or right leaning. Especially in university. You are just more likely to be fighting for others when you constantly meet people with different backgrounds. Your more likely to be ok with immigration when you meet and talk to actual immigrants, not the boogeyman version the news and statistics show (both of which are exaggerated). You are more likely to be pro choice when you hear stories of people being in abusive families, people being SA'd, or having diseases that would kill them of they ever conceived. Your more likely to be more pro worker when you hear how others are treated by bosses and how they can't afford anything due to wages starting lower than half a liveable wage. Just a thought though

    • @homebody_mommy
      @homebody_mommy 3 месяца назад

      Yes! Maybe I didn’t explain too well. The kids are done with their core school work for the year and had 3 weeks off. Then started some Spanish and math review, which is still very light. I haven’t decided when they will start their next school year, but it will be earlier than the public schools around us. We finished before them, and don’t plan on waiting around and scheduling our year according to public school if that makes sense.

Cuz you don’t have those sick days when you know they’re well enough to do some school but you also know they’ll make the class and teacher at public feel uncomfortable having them there. You just do your couple hours of school while they’re coughing and blowing their nose, and then they have the rest of the day to do whatever they feel like.
