This hike is for the experienced hikers. There is no trail, and very steep. We started from "Vannverket" in Gryllefjordbotn, on the old road. You reach Botnvatnet and then you take to the right up on the mountain. The last bit requires some climbing. Time frame: 4-5 hours

This hike starts from the football arena in Botnhamn, Senja. The hike is long, with a spectacular view at the top. When you reach 'Kvannaksla' at about 500masl, the trail is easy for quite a while. The last part is steep and requires some climbing. 13km in total. I hiked in the evening to get the Midnight Sun.

This hike starts from either the tunnel before Fjordgård, or along the road prior to this. The hike is not for beginner. We spent 6 hours on both hikes combined. Lovely views, especially in the evening sun. Keipen is the fourth highest peak in Senja. The first part is quite wet, so proper shoes is highly recommended.

The infamous hike 'Hesten' starts in Fjordgård. We also hiked 'Stavelitippen' which is located just nearby. We spent about 4 hours on both hikes, in a comfortable tempo with an hour break at the top. Hike in the evening/night to get the best sun.

July 2024. The hike starts from the tunnel before Fjordgård. The hike is exposed in some parts, but mostly completely safe if you are used to hiking. 3-5 hours. You can also hike from the Fjordgård-side.
Nattmålstind (504moh.) Kvitfjellet (649moh) Snyfjellet, Senja

This hike follows the growelpath from Tverråsen in Grasmyrskogen. Kvitfjellet is a detour from the path, but its quite obvious where to go to reach the highest peak. Nattmålstinden is also called 'Natofjellet' because of an old Nato-station at the top.

We hiked Sjursviktind on Norways constitutional day, 17th of May, 2024. No snow, and the midnight sun was almost there. We used approximately 4 hours on this hike. Quite steep the second half. Outstanding view!

We hiked this 16th of May 2024. Barely any snow. Wonderful sunset! The hike starts from the parking at Grunnfarnes. The terrain does not have a very clear path. Follow the blue markings. Quite steep at the top.

14th of May 2024. Spots of snow here and there, but unproblematic to make it to the top. Great 360 views to Okshornan, Skaland and Bergsfjorden.The trails goes through Strandbyskaret.

Romsdalseggen, Åndalsnes. The trip took 7 hours one way. Started in nice weather but ended in pouring rain 🙃 Highest point is Mjølvafjellet (1215masl)
