Recipes are guaranteed quality with best procedure among other different recipe versions. It considers primarily the nutrient content of each ingredient and the deliciousness of food through, as much as possible, natural procedure. Many recipes are personally learned from Italians with high quality standard and already proven naturally delicious. With regards to Flipino recipes, i learned them from my Kapampangan Father from Nueva Ecija. This is dedicated to my Children as their reference and guide how to cook their favorite dishes that are original, light, simple and healthier than usual. This is also wants to preserve some authentic recipes learned from the places where the dishes were invented or originated, and from some well experienced person who is trusted by many. This is my passion. I put love in cooking.
