Hi! sorry for the late reply. Regarding your question, the program I use in the video is called Paint Tool Sai. It is not an app for the phone but for the desktop pc.

I have been working for a year and half and that consumes a lot of my time and the little I have left, I use it to make my portfolio and send it to animation studios. Probably if I do animations again, they'll be with Blender o 3d models created by me. But for now my priority is my portfolio.
