中学の文化祭で初めて知り、それぞれパートを決めてクラスで歌っていました。現在31歳、いまだに記憶に残る歌で、心が和やかになりとても大好きで聞いてます。また1人、また1人と亡くなっていって、いつしかこの場にいた全員がこの世居なくなる日が来ると思うと、胸が締め付けられます。この歌はこれからも学校の授業とかで語り継げられるだろうし、自分が死んだあとも永遠に有名な曲だと思います。

余りにも凄過ぎて言葉を失います｡なんて素晴らしい…当時見ていますが、久しぶりに見てやっぱり凄いコーラスで、皆さんが真剣な中にも楽しそうでそれが本当に感動しました｡ありがとうございます｡

Wow...just beautiful, a much better live mix. It brings me to the verge of tears. It's a great improvement as now we can hear Paul, he did a great performance of the song and inexplicably his voice was lowered a lot on the official streaming mix. Thanks a lot!

Concert in Central Park, i play it every day. Amazing.

Went to this tour in Portland Maine on August 28th, 1978 to hear Dr My Eyes and Rock Me on the Water and came away with Running on Empty and the Load Out/Stay. What a show! And on the way to New Jersey from Portland he wrote The Road. RIP David Lindley, a great musician, who contributed so much to Jackson Browne's music.

Wow, Rock Me on the Water is one of my all time favorites from JB! In fact, all his songs from these first 4-5 albums are.

当時まだ小学生だった。 この曲を知ったのは中学２年のNEW HORIZONの教科書に載っていたのがきっかけだったけど、当時は興味なかったけど改めて見ると本当に素晴らしいアーティストばかりで感動しました。　ティナやスプリングスティーン　レイ・チャールズ　ボブ・ディラン　ネルソンの渋い歌声が更に良くしている。

当時、シンディーローバーさんと 同い年で、あまりにもスーパースターばかりで‼️信じられない曲てした。

I was pleasantly surprised. to find that my favorite composition was their's as well. A Dangling Conversation while under three minutes in length gives one a days worth of thought to at least try to comprehend. Sad that it is rarely shared live after this concert.
