I used to live in NYC and can safely say that there is nothing more disarming, human, and precious than musicians like yourself sculpting blissful sounds in the underground catacombs of the subway hubs. The acoustics are so distinct. I hope you are finding fans and admirers and moving forward with your commitment to excellence. Bravo!

This is the masterpiece to me out of all your performance. The way you're focusing with your eyes closed just before you started playing seems to me as if you're sending a prayer. I really like the sound of your guitar at the end, which reminds me water drops reflecting bright sunlight and turning into the most beautiful gems.

Marvelous! I learned this song on the piano growing up, and everyone always loved it! Memories of yesterday. You play it with such a high-level, compelling sensitivity, and I could hardly believe it when I heard it, that it really is the same song I learned then.

Evocative playing of my favorite guitar piece. True feeling. I first heard this played in the 1950's by guitarist Narciso Yepes in the 1952 movie "Forbidden Games". The movie is amazingly touching and profound. I hope, Shogo Kubo, that you have seen the movie. I am haunted by the last song, and by the music that will always remind me of the movie, and of the profound longing and grief that people feel.
