My question, is Immediate Side Shift, Precurrent Side Shift, and Progressive Side shift taking placing mandatory or some of them appear in healthy TMJ and some appear in non-healthy TMJ. My point do they need to appear in sequence or one of them should appear to reflect health or non healty TMJ
