Sister Kim you are luminous in this video! You could have just told me what you had on here and wrapped it up, lol. Chile I have 2 colors of those Zara slides and definitely not the business for walking. At this big age we need support and style in our daily footwear, but generally both options don't come in the same package. The birkenstock look has grown on me, but I'm still reluctant about metallic shoes when they aren't heels. My favorite look were the belted wrinkle dress and those koi earrings.

I realized after purchasing the Tory Burch Millers that my feet were in fact 45 years old and not with the games!! I now only rock Birkenstocks or sandals with some sort of footbed similar to Birkenstocks. I am in love with the Tory Burch Kira Sport and Kira Sport Mules. Now to find some comfy fall/winter footwear.

I had menopause because of medication for Fibroid shrinkage before surgery at 46. Then real menopause at 50. Sweating buckets, changing clothes before leaving home, using a fan with air conditioner going full blast. I had flashes so bad at my GYN’s office that he gave me meds that slowed things down. Then I had to stop that and I drowned in Sweat until I was 70.😊😊. It will pass. You can purchase cooling patches to place on the neck. They work. Lots of fluids. Eat light meals and dress in light layers.
