I'm STB-1 platoon user. I don't think this platoon is horrible. Type 74 series have enough power to defeat better MBTs like Soviet and Chinese MBTs, centurion series, patton series, and leopard series. Because this platoon has strong APDS (340mm peneration) instead of normal APFSDS. However, when it comes to defeat AMX series and chieftain, it is not easy for this platoon to defeat them.
