You thought I would really take ped’s?? That’s absurd but what’s not absurd is working hard and grinding to get to your goals!!
I just think there are too many people glorifying the use and not telling the harsh realities of both ped’s and the sport of bodybuilding.
I used to be a huge fan of bodybuilding but in recent times not so much it’s like a circus act. Not who can build the best physique. From the outside looking in that is.

Aye if it’s a gym you care about bonus points for spraying the towel and not directly spraying the equipment. The extra chemicals or extra moisture can warp, rust, and crack equipments quicker if you spray stuff directly. A sprayed towel disinfects plenty. Stay lifting💪
@@Cageshadow hmmm I always just spray the towels due to waste and keeping someone else waiting. Never thought about the excess chemicals ruining the benches! But makes sense. You learn something new everyday or get your eyes opened to something new.
