PASTEL Rooftop Bar & Mediterranean Dining
Me and my hubby recently experienced a lovely sundowner at Pastel Rooftop Bar & Mediterranean Dining. Its location from the 21st floor of the Aira Hotel Bangkok on Soi 11 makes it a convenient location with fantastic views of the cityscape. We really enjoyed the delicious Mediteranean themed menu curated by famed Swiss Chef Kilian Fioretto and uniquely presented cocktails. This is a fantastic place to gather for sunsets and if you stick around the party will come to you!

Is Surströmming half a year after the expiry date suitable for food?
Hmmm...I really am not sure. But one thing for sure, be careful opening it as it will have a lot of pressure built up from the fermentation!
