I liked the part where you talked about being invested with the characters on TV and how they can consume the amount of interaction you need. Would you go even further and say in todays connected world with online and social media where everythings being thrown at you that people have less energy for these human to human interactions because we are constantly being overloaded with different events ?
Hi Erich! What a great comment, that's one of our favorite parts of the episode (this is Carlo speaking ;) ) I would absolutely agree, we spend so much of our time being exposed to the "highlight reals" of everyone's lives. And no matter how that particular thing makes you feel it's still a social interaction that would have normally be done in person. I find when your talking to someone in person you get the opportunity to share in that persons excitement and energy. When you experiencing this through social media you don't have that opportunity. So like your saying it's definitely a bit more draining than it would normally be. This might be something that we dive deeper into on anohter episode. Thank you!.
