These guys are so inconsistent! We had a ghost kitchen through cloud kitchens so most of our orders came through delivery platforms. We were forced to used otter. Customer Support is no help most of the time and they tell you to contact ubereats or doordash for support. You play a lot of the middleman, and it takes away from your business. I will say Customer Support is very courteous but usually the issue needing repair is beyond them and they'll have to contact you back roughly 6-8 hours to see if the issue was resolved. Only for you to tell them "No" and then you're back in the same cycle. You would think response time would be a little quicker since Otter, Ubereats, and Cloudkitchens are owned by the same

I would be careful if you use this company. They've been sending me emails with private details of one of their customers for years, I've contacted their support many times to have it stop, but I am still receiving emails with private information, including restaurant employee data, customer data, sales data, and menu data. I am in another country but I am going to call the restaurant chain to speak with the owner about this soon.
