What a waste of money. That $35.00 US part cost me, after the exchange, shipping (DHL), extra DHL fees and taxes, $102.00 Canadian. $102.00 for a very flimsy aluminum main gear cover piece. Save your money, the original plastic might not look great, but it will, undoubtedly, last longer.

That's something some furniture / chair making companies do to save money. They buy tones of old wood pallets from somewhere like a warehouse and cut them down to be used in chairs like one you bought.

I am skilled when it comes so assembly of anything. And congratulations to BillyWoefull on breaking me mentally. Constant rows with my partner who just thought and kept saying to me lets get this done. 8x8 shed with double doors and 4 windows. Bits missing galore. Nothing fits. Pull it apart 20 times to get any sort of alignment done. 2 days now and drained 4 charges on my makita batteries. The quality it absolute junk. It's bonfire night tonight and the best thing for this shed would be a can of petrol and a match. Started doing a video on it and even given up on that as it would be a week long and still incomplete. Disgrace for almost 700 quid. And the front panel had to be fabricated by myself due to it being missing and a part from another shed supplied to receive exactly the same incorrect part again. Ordered in July 24 received late September 24. Whole experience has been a utter joke! Shameful on everything!

That's why I ride fat tires, I've gotten two flats in 8 years. Love it, if you're getting flats with a fat tires cuz you're doing something wrong.

Great video. Shows exactly the problems I've just had with a Billyoh (I call them BillyNO now) 8 x 10 windowless shed. Just remember that BillyNO also trade under Kybotech and probably more companies! The destructions are about as much use as a chocolate teapot! The panels may be numbered but the destructions doesn't number them. At first I thought there wasn't enough panels but on checking thankfully, there was. Kerbside delivery with no phone call and delivered a week earlier than what they said although the delivery time was meant to 5-6 weeks it turned out to be 8+!! Seems there's no pride in British manufacturing any more! Customer service seemed to be generic answers. I'm 70 and really struggled with this piece of crap (with help!) I will not ever be putting another shed up, ever! (Still not finished the doors and 'cloaking' strips after about 14 hours!)

Thanks for posting this! I thought you could get the spring out without installing on the bike but looks like you need to have it on there before putting springs in or taking out. Question for you. Is this safe to put on a carbon gravel bike. It is fairly heavy and my steerer is carbon. Thought I would ask before installing it.
