Are those tires on the voron d 53 a mod?

Just came across this vid as a new ARK player but play a tonnnn of other similar craft/build survive, 2 questions (I can't find ANY info on this so far) 1. I cannot find an in-game mod settings/tweaks page... I have never seen a platform that does not allow you to interact with the mods features in-game. Am I missing something or does it just not exist (without going into the config folder of course, which is not what I want to do) 2. Other question, does snail frown on changing vanilla UI/hotbars and most QoL? I don't see much of anything that isn't 3 years old even mentioning those things. Hell, hotbar in the search tab is null lol. really what I'm looking for...specifically some better inventory UI options and general UI, and a true swappable hot bar, building sucks having to craft and put in hot bar over and over/swap. An not the Q button hot bar you can't even really interact with) I love the game but putting restrictions on QoL sucks. I could understand them not wanting total conversions etc... Thanks, and great video for getting mods up and running!

That is stupid! You never sell that fuel truck, you need it for later maps, and it cost too much to buy and refuel it again. plus what you are showing only works for the easy mod, in the hard mod you have no chance to sell the trailers... get it right next time...

I usually cheese log task with a long trailer and logging crane but then you need 2-3 trucks

Had some trouble with that river in the starter tayga you can grab at the beginning of the game so i thought id try a different route. Didnt go so well, river is definitely the way to go lol. Thanks for the video!
