OXCR Adams County Fairgrounds
First few laps from round of 5 of OXCR at Adams County Fairgrounds. Wyatt and the crew put together a fun track and the weather was perfect! Made a few small mistakes but ended the day feeling strong with 7th/14 in Novice Lites and 63rd/121 overall after 8 laps!

My 4th lap of the Northeast 24 Hour Challenge Race in Odessa, NY with team #454 "The FAB's". It was about 5:40pm when I took off for this one. Laps were 12 miles and fairly easy, but super rooted and rocky. Our team of 4 kicked ass and took home 3rd in the Women's class with 27 total laps and 324mi completed!

Test 3 of the 2024 NEPG Little Racoon. Went a bit smoother than my first two tests and overall started to enjoy myself more. Still fighting with the numbness in both hands/forearms but was able to get a bit more comfortable. Overall, was a fun test and had a decent flow. Test 2 of the 2024 NEPG Little Racoon. Still struggling to find my flow and fighting with numbness in my hands/forearms. Managed to make fewer large mistakes compared to test 1, but still moved too slow and ended up with a 8th/12 for this section.

Final test of the day and 9.5 miles long. Unfortunately, my GoPro died just a few minutes before the finish. Overall was my favorite section and ended up with a PB test finish in 2nd for my class, bringing me in for 6th to finish out the day after a rough start in tests 1 and 2. Only half a millisecond off from 5th place. Close racing to end the day with some rad women!

Round 2 of OXCR was at Glenallan Moto in Chillicothe, OH. I decided to move up a row to the stacked Novice Lites class as the Women's class I was often the only girl. Final round of OXCR at The Gully in Peebles, OH. Finished 1st (of 1) in Women's class and 66/100 OA. Rode pretty conservative as I was fighting off soreness and arm pump the first half of the race and the semi-slick conditions after rain that morning. 1st and 4th lap (19:47) at Old 50 Farm #2. Ended up 1st/4 in Women's and 76th/130 Overall after a hot and dusty 5 laps. Took laps 2 & 3 out after clipping the bridge with my handgaurd pretty hard and throwing myself off the bike. Took a little bit to fully recover and get my bearings back in place and not go granny speed lol.

First few laps from round 6 of OXCR at MOB Motosports in Tollesboro, KY. It was beyond dusty, and the heat made it brutal to keep pushing hard. However, it was my best finish on the bike ever. I was pumped to have a total of 7 women in the adult bike race for the first time. I finished the day 1st/4 in Women's and 88th/146 overall.

OXCR round 5 was at Hidden Hills Farm. This was a new property for the OXCR circuit and man was it a beautiful location. The track was a fun combination of flowy and tight. First and last lap (skip to 15:40) from OXCR round 3. Man, this new location in Springboro, OH was a blast! I miss the riding there. I’m in Kodiak Alaska now. Rocks everywhere. Even what looks like good dirt has rock under it. Up down through the mountains. I miss those flowing trails and all the awesome motocross tracks in the northeast. Keep it up girl, killin it👍
Alaska would be pretty rad! There definitely were rocks everywhere under the dirt, I wasn't expecting that at all when first walking a few parts of the track prior. The trails there were sweet, definitely had a great flow. Thank you!

Thank you!! It really was, I enjoyed it a lot. I did calculate it myself, took a few minutes but that was what I came up with by looking at others times ahead of me across the different classes.

@@shipley7417I did, but unfortunately it only recorded the first 4.5mins of the first lap + the 22mins I was hung up on the rocky hill bottleneck. I thought I had stopped the GoPro mid-way through the bottle neck then started it up again when I took back off finally, but I didn’t press the record button firm enough and it didn’t get the remainder of the race. Pretty bummed because I was ripping at the end haha 🥲
Does OXCR use transponders? Doesn't look like you get lap times or gap between you and the next in your class at scoring.

Glad I didnt take that line! The track goes to the left after that hill anyways. I've learned at Ironman take the path with the least amount of spectators watching haha

Thank you!! Honestly it was an impulse decision. Originally I wanted another 2 stroke just for casual trail riding because I didn’t get the same enjoyment out of going slow on my 250fx. But after riding this 250x for a few hours I ended up loving it so much more. Biggest thing for me is the weight difference and how easy it is to flick around/handle this 250x! It doesn’t wear me out nearly as much either being 20-25lbs lighter

We went up and fist bumped him on the line. It’s a beautiful bike and awesome that he’s out there racing it! Cheered him in every time we saw it go past. But unfortunately I don’t believe I have any other videos of him

Name of the game is have fun, you will learn something new every race you do and you will find yourself going faster and smoother as time goes on. Many times a little slower ends up being a little faster as you do not wear yourself out overcorrecting as much or picking your bike up as much.
Sorry, just now seeing this! But no kidding, that's 100% the name of the game currently as I have minimal skills and experience. It's a whole different beast than the sport quads, but I have definitely seen improvements after the last few races. Absolutely loving the new challenge!
