Update from Andy, Mac, Kash and Ollie
It costs £8,400 each year to feed and care for our animals. Principle amongst our menagerie are our horses: 23 year old Mac, our now retired Shire, and our pair of Percherons, 11 year old Kash and 6 year old Ollie.
The coronavirus has meant that our income has dropped by 90%. Whilst we will never stop caring for our animals, you can help:
- £4 will pay for the horse nails needed each time Kash and Ollie need to be shod (every 6 weeks!)
- £30 will pay for specialist horse feed for Mac for one season
- £200 will pay for oats sown and grown at the Museum to feed the horses for a year.
Visit wealddownland.digitickets.co.uk/tickets to make a donation to Mac, Kash and Ollie who will be delighted to ...
