Focus on community, transparency, and good fundamentals. From a visual design perspective: learn about white balance. I know you might think "dark blue builds trust," but it doesn't. I'd ditch it. For launching on exchanges: give DEX's priority (bridge if necessary): Uniswap, Hyperledger, Thorchain, Solana, etc. Launch time: I'd try to aim for EARLY 2025. The bullrun will not go on for 18 months from now. The momentum is now, and you'll probably fumble up by launching after the fact. VC's: You don't need them. Look at Hyperliquid. And learn. Also, the whitepaper doesn't state basic information like tps, blocktime on utxo, and sc mode. How will devs make a decision to build a dapp on blockdag if they don't have basic info? Last thing, the promotions are really terrible. Early investors (like me) are screwed over by later promotions. When I bought in early I didn't get like a 250% bonus. Example: I buy 1.000.000 BDAG in batch 10 at $0.006 for $6,000. No bonus. Just early investor advantage with a linear increasing price. Months later another investor buys 1.000.000 BDAG at 1 cents with 250% bonus ending up with 3.500.000 BDAG for $10,000, averaging ~$0.0028 cents per BDAG. Basically my investment is worth half compared to newer purchases. Early investors are basically f*ed over by these promotions. How are you going to compensate early investors that are disadvantaged by this construction?
