I feel ya on the working out part or lack of it. I have dumbbells in my truck and a jump rope but it’s hard to get motivated because for me personally the experience of going to the gym, taking my pre workout and getting pumped was my motivation

I think the Walmart in Mebane, NC they make you stay hooked to the truck. My first time there I unhooked and then i remembered once I turned my bills in lol

Vedo, the video is good. It let's truckers know what there is to do when you get OUT OF THE TRUCK. For non-truckers like me, it shows what there is to do in the city on a random weekend. I've been to Atlanta but for work and on Monday - Friday. I was there Sunday night, so I missed the Friday/Saturday night scene.

Because I’ve been watching your videos for a while and it sounds like all of the problems you have had your trainer should have taught you all of this stuff.
