My mom used to take me and my brothers here during summer, back in the late 80s/early 90s. Because of the ac lol. I remember it being always packed with people. I saw Titanic in this mall back when it had a theater. Now it's just sad...

early 2000's was very busy i remember those days. arcades, food court, and peoples and teenagers in general love that mall during those times just to hang out or walk around to look cool hahha. those days are gone now at this Mall. now n days peoples just go there to remininse lols

I was at the mall this summer too and spring. It actually looks like it’s improving from where it was a year ago today. there are more stores open than there were I look forward to returning to the mall more and more. I preferred the original layout where they were more places you could sit down and enjoy the ambience.

This breaks my heart. I grew up in Apple Valley and this mall was the place to go. Used to have a movie theater inside on the 1st floor next to where JC Penny was. I could probably name most of the stores that used to be in the vacant spots.

I wonder if you get a lot of rain and flooding up there?🤔🤔

this used to be the best mall in Minnesota nice and small but not to small not mall of America size which is to damn big and I hate it because you'll easily get lost now this is sadly gang run and mung people and stuff it's really sad

I remember going there in the eighties. For a smaller mall it had amazing number of stores. Rosedale was more of a Ridgedale rival. This center was more of a family mall that was more upscale and larger than the Northtown Mall.

Even the venues that are still open for business aren't exactly filled with many customers inside. 😐

Maplewood mall, Roseville mall. har mar mall, Pavillion place. Signalhills mall. Such happiness, remembering all the time of just wandering all day.

The Mall needs to get filled back up all the empty places closed down needs to be reopened and back to business

Bville Center was officially declared a dead mall. Has this woman time travelled from the 1700s or earlier so that she has to ask, "is that an elevator?" 🤔 Nice of the nerdy guy to ask, while the lady is filming, if she has to pee. 😂

There are places shown similar to the old country. Near Krakow this looks like it. To be precise, the roads and signs and objects along the way are American but this feels Polish to me 🙂

I grew up in at peter mn and have old memories of this mall even in my early years around 82 83 when it had wheelchair ramps to run around on

Minnesotan here, just go to mall of america these days. Noticed that the same stores that are doing well at MOA look to be doing well there. Maybe malls just need to have space for 10 stores and entertainment.

Another mall you should visit is Brookdale mall in Brooklyn center I'm surprised it's still around happy travels to you

I worked at the Rosedale Mall in the 80's. Loved every minute being there! I was in the Maplewood Mall shopping in the 80's. Miss those days 😢

I have so many good memories of hanging out here with friends in middle school. So sad to see it basically empty.
