Having a bad post allergic reaction day. If you're wondering: No I don't eat crisps often. It's a once per week thing at most. I don't diet, I eat healthy on a daily basis and allow myself treats at the weekend. Consecutive healthy lifestyle choices and changes are the only things that work long term. Diets only work short term.

It's my birthday so my brain is all over the place, but I did the thing. Also I noticed I did a boo-boo. "That doesn't mean I won't stop exercising". I meant: That doesn't mean I will stop exercising.
