I’ve been given the WFH accommodation for medical reasons, and was told recently to have my physical therapist fill out the ADA forms but if he included WFH on it that I would be fired. As a result I can barely move the last few days that I’ve been back in the office. I do live in Texas, and my question is: Is that legal? I did ask that he not include that because I need my health insurance. Here’s another thing, I have been more productive working from home, and even working on the weekends outside of my normal work schedule. They have not provided the approved accommodations, which has caused severe pain. What should I do?

So they’ve told me I can work remotely at the location that’s much closer to my home, but that I’ll be fired if I’m not suddenly perfectly on time every single day. I took this job bc it was flextime. Now my “accommodation” has turned into having rules that only apply to me…I have no idea what to do.

I need proof as to the CO2 theory. I do not believe your basic math. The theory one gallon of gasoline weighing 6lbs., produces 19 lbs., of CO2 must be proven. A liquid burned produces fumes. If you collect all the exhaust particulate there is no way it weights 3 times more than the liquid. All of the calculations must be proven and repeatable. Human caused is a math error.

Why? Hydrogen is a non-starter. The cost is insanely high, production is energy negative, cost of transport & storage exceeds all, and it will destroy a piston engine in 30k miles. Maybe in public transport where hydrogen can be found as a chemical byproduct, nearby, for free.

Is this lady a lawyer. Why does she believe that overturning unconstitutional regulations would be so detrimental to way of doing things after a few decades when she can’t muster the same disdain for this faulty ruling completely upsetting a constitutional balance that was in place for two hundred years?

How do we think the EPA will enforce this? Does the EPA have any specific punishments for non-compliance outlined?

People are really stupid, We are carbon based life forms which we need carbon to live. We exhale carbon dioxide, in which plants need to give us oxygen, so we can breathe, removing carbon or trying to, is Playing God, and every time humans do this, they create more problems, You were born into the world not for the world.
