You'd do well to have a range of tarps that attach to the awning on the outside. You could cover the sides making a large protected area from rain that you could sit under and reflect heat in to from a camp fire. People could sleep under there too, it has the potential to really expand the space.

If you only drop the electric bed down say 2/3rds - you could keep a single seat either side (for breakfast on table), plus have 2 single beds - or fold out a lower second double bed (unless the top bed's rams need to bottom-out, or use spacers).

The only thing I dislike about these types of builds, they're just too small and too compact on the inside for the outside to look so big. Maybe it's just me.

The inside colors are too muted. I like color color and style and this lacks both. I like the seperate toilet and shower that is awesome. The upper sleeping compartments are weird. Definately not for adults who like to do what married couples do at night. Unless you come up with dividers of some sort there would be no privacy. Great place for kids though.

3 year wareanty. Tested 10k times. The durability of the product should last at least 5 yrs. Your test of 10k times was whilst everything is / was new. Subject it to element use for 3 yrs and open and close it 10k times. Lets see if it lasts 3yrs. Bet you it does not

Super. If I have the luxury to own this monster rv I stay permanently In it as my home and not in an usual house.

The biggest problem with that build is the electric bed because you know the system will fail at some point or another. So then your bed wont come down or go back up.
