It was the grease in the grease trap that caught on fire. You shouldn't put water on a grease fire
@sgentz never inside but I would do it on a barbecue in a heartbeat and I have . it would have gone out in a half of a second if you were too scared to use the water you could have easily snuffed it with a blanket or towel. That chemical is a nightmare to get out of things
Yeah, we didn't think about that at the moment. It sure was a pain to clean afterwards. We should've just cleaned the darn thing before hand 😅

We did that before using the extinguisher. It was the grease in the grease trap that had caught on fire so it just kept spreading and getting worse
