@@Marton-ur3tk Not an easy question to answer. He died in the dark, likely to a monster. The true fear of the death is the nyctophobia and what could possibly lurk in the dark. Something also worth meantioning that it's too dark to see anything, and your mind can only go as far as to only wonder how the boy died. The most you can see from the death is a pool of blood pouring through the dark scribbles on the screen.

Unsure if the video creator will see this comment, but at 11:48 there is a door outside the Asylum marked "Deliveries" - I've never seen this door in any playthrough I've watched, my own playthroughs, nor can I find any online documentation of this door in the game. If you know, what's on the other side of that door?

The door "deliveries" appears after passing the game with a fall into the abyss. Behind her is the same as behind the exit from the lunatic asylum
