Today I learned Dexter got a live show. Only negative thing about this is not about the show itself, but other Cartoon Network (or hell even underrated Hanna Barbera) shows didn’t get live show treatments like this

All characters are voiced by the one and only master of voice acting, Mr Mel Blanc. And he did a wonderful job also with female characters (Honey Bunny who arrives on stage at 8 minute).

I was the sound tech for these shows during the summer of 1979. There were 18 vocal mics, along with a fully mic’d pit orchestra. Absolutely loved the gig! 4-5 shows a day was very hard work for the singer/dancers, and the pit orchestra. Bravo to them all!
