Good video and good points. Nothing wrong with a short game like kirby or super mario land to run through in an evening. Have also come to appreciate simpler games like game & watch and alleyway. Alleyway still sucks a little though, kirby's block ball is better. As for link's awakening's iconic look, dragon warrior 3 got that same treatment and looks much more appealing here than on even snes imo. Metaphor is such a masterpiece! I'm really excited to play Unicorn Overlord but the collectors edition has been sitting on my shelf since release because there's too many amazing games that have come out this year xD I also recently bought Final Fantasy XVI on Black Friday, but more out of obligation since I've beaten every other FF game. I've heard it's super soulless, bland, nothing like FF, and probably the worst game in the series. So *reeeeealy* looking forward to playing that one

Pokemon X and Y released when I was a freshman in high school, this was one of THE games ever, everyone was playing it. I remember my friends and I obsessing over optimizing our teams, and making them just a tiny bit better in order to beat each other. We'd even train new Pokemon specifically to counter each other, it was absolutely one of the most entertaining installments in the franchise in my opinion. It was the perfect blend of 2D and 3D with that chibi art style that just felt right. Between battling at lunch, and getting insane amounts of street passes while walking around campus, it was a great experience.

I regret selling my Nintendo Switch. I recreated National Park from Pokemon Crystal and played so much during the pandemic. Sadly none of the new Pokemon games appealed to me (at the time Pokemon Go Pikachu released, and it felt awful), so I sold my Switch. But I still have my 3DS and have been replaying the Pokemon games in order. Maybe I should give New Leaf a try

Just recently played SMT IV for the first time, as I got into Persona with Royal's PC port a couple years ago and really love JRPGS now, and man what a fantastic game, it quickly became one of my favorite 3DS games ever!

I'm also enjoying this game a lot, the dialogs and narrative are really good. Not to mention the level design either. I'm playing the Ultimate Editon on an overclocked PS3 with SSD and a mCable .

For me it's the snappy dialogue that I love.... Almost all the characters are prissy and it constantly cracks me up during my play through....

New leaf is worth all the money in 2024! After playing New horizons i became interested in the older AC games. I got Wild World this year for my birthday. Ne my mum and ny sisters went shopping and i found a game store I ended up buying Animal Crossing new leaf a 3DS and Nintendogs for my DS. I REALLY enjoyed New leaf! Im getting the DLC for Christmas!!! I literally can't wait!!!!

How do you get all the games on the home screen? I can use nds forwarder to get those games to the home screen but how you get GBA games there with the nice logos?
