When it's not transferring files by using c-type to c-type cable, try using c-type to USB cable instead. In that way my files were able to transfer.

No you cannot. Toyota app only supports Wear OS and Galaxy watch is Tizen OS. If you are using a Galaxy watch you need to be more specific as to what version of Galaxy watch you have (3,4,5,6?) and are using, because my Galaxy watch does not support Wear OS.
