The Best Ice Cream Recipe | How to make Strawberry Ice cream
STRAWBERRY SAUCE INGREDIENTS
• 250g Strawberries
• ½ (of a medium sized lemon)
• ¼ Cup/32g Sugar
• 1 Tbsp Corn flour
• ¼ Cup/ 60ml Water
Instructions:
• Cut your washed strawberries in halves.
• Add lemon juice & sugar.
• Boil on medium heat for +-5 minutes.
• Mash the strawberries as they get softer.
• For the sauce to thicken, mix corn flour with water & pour into the strawberries.
• Let the sauce simmer for a minute & let it cool.
