I feel sorry for Lila. Her mother died and she took her mother's letter to her father to tell him that she is his daughter. Daniel was not really enthusiasm about it but he has to find way to make sure she is his daughter. Daniel is not a good father figure and was confused because his doctor told him he will never father a child. Daniel did not know how to look after Lila. She was sick because at his father's she was not receiving any good care from her father. Her grandparents came to see her in the hospital and was shocked to see how she so sick and small. They files for custody of their granddaughter but Daniel refused to let them take her. Daniel has to change his normal schedule to be with his daughter. Lila mother Emily should informed Daniel of her pregnancy and the child. It's good that Daniel and her grandparents agreed to join force to raise her. Sad story but has happy ending.
