The 5600 I've used before. It should do pretty close to the 5700. It's been updated so you may need a slightly better cpu to replicate what I did now.

It should run dots 2 very well as that game isn't very demanding at all. Games like league DotA Sims won't have any issues with these specs

the r9 fury is a pretty good buy and i prefer over the rx 580 in a lot of situations! its a beast of a card at a good price

Why is the fps so low
They arent. Shadows are on epic settings. Turning shadows off will give you much better fps.
