this is great! but whenever you touch the microphone, it's REALLY loud compared to the rest of the sounds. maybe you can get a microphone cover (fur or foam)? maybe placing the mic on a soft surface (towel or blanket) can reduce some of the metallic echo within the mic. you can also try putting a limiter on the mic, or try to flatten out the noise levels in editing. just some ideas!
