Please try to learn how to actually fly an airplane. Microsoft Flight Simulator is a good resource for that. You use the throttle to control sink rate, and the attitude (how much your nose points upwards) to control speed. Not the other way round. You never want to push the nose down to lose altitude. Most of all, you do not want the nose below horizontal, it should always point slightly upwards. Almost all of your flight was flown in overspeed. (Didn't you see the red-white barber pole in your airspeed indicator, or hear the warning sound?) A real aircraft would need a long and expensive check of the airframe after this, if you did not even manage to lose your wings when suddenly pulling up during one of the worse situations with overspeed and sink rate alarms sounding, or buckle the landing gear on that hard impact. At the very least, someone has to mop up in the passenger compartment.
