Ford 1910 Kiki diesel injection pump caution loosing back plate changing/ draining oil.
Tractor will not respond to throttle it will not open up it only idles . This is what happens when you loosen the back plate to drain the oil in the pump which is the only way to drain the pump. I found out how to prevent this from happening .

Man this is exactly what I just did? Now its just surging. So glad I found this video or I would have hauled it to a shop. Thanks Chad!
can't hear over the music
Bro you need to remove the music bc it’s hard to follow your dialogue with rock music drowning you out.
Thanks, great video!
Do you know the part number for the seals ?
Thanks for the heads up
The oil drains back into the crank case no matter how much oil you put into it, on the 1910 it’s 8 fl oz.
i need your number please
Thanks .Exactly the tip i needed after fuel filter replacement It works now!
Thanks I'm looking for a pump for my 1910,sure would love to get it back working do you know where I can find one
you are the right dude, well done!👍👍👍👍
Thanks I also could not find the drain plug and thanks for tip on cover replacement guess it will take 5 oz oil to refill?
The pump itself is marked in red. oil change after 200 hours (5000 km), and the amount of oil, for example, on iseki 1610 is 110 milliliters.
Do a documentary on the front pump...RnR..
มีวีดีโอถอดประกอบไหมครับพอดีของผมพัง😢
What is the part number for the seals?
Thanks
Nice video! Thanks for taking the time.
Do you have the video on how you disassembled the bottom two placed where the valves go? The ones under the dust covers.
Hi. Great video. I have a question: How do you add oil after you remove cover? You put cover on and where do you put The New oil back? Thanks.
I am currently looking for a seal kit for this same steering cylinder. Where did you get your seals from? Tried to kits so far and both were wrong. Thanks
Did this work mine is also leaking out the top.
No you need to order the correct seal the oring didn’t help it I had to get one from new Holland that was 50 dollars
Did it hold up after putting the right seals in with the bad spots on your valves?
What is part numbers for the same loader 735 thanks for the seals-o-rings
Very informative
are you a friend of doctor bill + bob?
Yes
Could hear you a lot better if that head banging music wasn’t playing so loud.
