I love Henderson, NV❤ it's about 25 minutes away from the Las Vegas, NV🎉🥰🎈🎊and I can go to the casinos and have dinner on the weekend, than go back to Henderson neighborhood away from the hotels and restaurants, casinos

I know it’s 2024 and homes have exploded the last few years but these homes should under $300k …. especially how basic it is. Single sinks, builder grade finishes and “paper” thin counter tops! It’s one step above apt. quality 👎🏼

Buy a home in Arizona or Nevada. Especially from DR Horton. Not a chance in HELL..

If you don't stop😅. A spa maybe, you could barely get a blow up pool in that backyard. The house with all included and yard size are good for that price though.

come on man these builders suck as soon as you come in the home your in the kitchen what happen to living room dining room kitchen den area also nice backyard the way they are building it looks like a mobile home and then the H O A yeah you can keep it

Exceptional layout. I love it, since the secondary bedrooms are tiny 10x10s. If only it was in the 450s. No way is that master shower standard! Haha

Very nice size lot, but the pantry is too small.

Very nice but wow … once upgrades and lot premium I’m guessing $600k. Vegas used to be quite affordable at one time especially after the 08’ crash! Homes like these were in the $250s. Getting close to Ca starter home prices 😞

I just looked up reviews for Woodside Homes as a builder and they're not great. Actually terrible - has this changed from your experience ?

HOA is terrible. Buying a townhome is terrible. I’d rather have a home 6 feet apart than share a wall.

What a great price/value. Not sure how DR Horton is able to offer these prices. If this was KB,Lennar or Richmond it would easiest be over $700k. Especially with that lot size!
