Yeah! It's so rewarding discovering things in this game. I'm not sure I've ever seen this amount of in game reactions to permutations and amount of open chioces to how you can handle situations as much as in this game

Yes! Elden Ring is already a masterpiece, this DLC just made it perfect! The meteor related spells i used are new to the DLC

When you cast the spell and it attaches to the enemy, you will need to be able to trigger it by damaging it, otherwise it would just exipre. If you are able to trigger it, you then need to keep damaging it which builds up the blast damage once it explodes. I chose the levin spell specifically to trigger and add more damage to it, so it would be more precise You don't press a button to detonate it, it does so after some time.

Yeah, I also can't wait for a DLC to come out. There's been rumors of a DLC called "The Dragon Pricess" but you know how rumors are when it comes to games

I'm almost sure Hard Mode doesn't change enemies' stats other than stagger and knockdown resistance. The player takes more damage, but not the Pawns, and that's about it. It's kinda weird. But yeah, if you can survive or cheese BBI in early game, the equipment there completely breaks the game balance. Lvl 2 Cursed gear is already stronger than the stuff you get from killing the base game final boss.

@@Bonibello dragons dogma is a great game but skyrim has better graphics better open world way more to do and the mods alone could outdo the entire dragons dogma game 10 times over. im not denying that its a great game cuz it is i have played the shit out of it. but i also played the shit out of skyrim and its just better.

@@jdogzerosilverblade299 yeah but we cant use mods to gauge how great a game is. Skyrim's modding scene is a beast yes but the game itself is kinda mediocre. The combat is dogshit and the main campaign is unsatisfying. The world is indeed bigger and it has more to do but the way you do it counts and skyrim doesnt deliver. Im saying this as someone who played it since 2015 and has 200+ mods installed (and even with that many, i got bored, it wasnt enough to fix all the problems.)

@@Bonibello Exactly this! Bigger doesn't necessarily mean better, and I have modded Skyrim a lot too and if you were to compare Skyrim vanilla with vanilla Dragon's Dogma then the latter wins by a mile.

They are totally different games and I enjoy them both for different reasons. I think Skyrim has better overall atmosphere and a filled out world, but DD has way better combat and monsters.

While I agree with this statement 1000% with Dogma doing it better... There's a certain joy in throwing up a ward spell in Skyrim and just stepping forward with sword/spell at the ready.

Same here! Can't wait for 2, wish there was a collector's edition for it. From what i've seen so far, it's shaping up to be the next gold standard in high fantasy open world rpgs.

Having someone cast with you and make the spell cast faster and become more powerful is a great feature

yeah higher level enemies give more exprience and rarer items

still a fun game to me, and not all enemies are bullet sponges

yeah, that's fair, though it kinda breaks the immersion and power fantasy at times
