Misako fixing rear tail light of a Suzuki Wagon R (year 2000 model)
First-time mechanic Misako, extraordinaire, repairs a rear tail light after she reversed into the most highly visible block at the post office. She went on to win a rear tail light for 365 yen (plus 1600yen postage) on yahoo auction. After studying one other video online she was declared professional and completed the task with all lights working. Only a screw was damaged beyond mechanical belief.
If you need repairs to your car, Misako can probably fix it. Ferrari's and above.

The underwater camera does not do the colours of the underwater garden justice, and the cloudy day also made it difficult to get a great view. Diving in Wakamatsu 4: Fish rock

I had an encounter with a crab, found some nice turban shell, and saw plenty of fish in a rocky area of north-east Wakamatsu. The water is about 4-5m deep, and plenty of large boulders under the water. On this side of the island, there are a few large caves on the shore, and some beautiful pillars sticking out of the water.

Saw this baby razorback hacking away at the roadside. I decided to give it a piece of my mind. Damn boars thing they own the damn place. They are migrating south to Fukue too, by jumping into the current and dodging the propellers of the angry fishermen barking Wakamatsu-ben at them.

    Did you managed to set the steering keys??

    • @Antzmacadamia
      @Antzmacadamia 11 месяцев назад

      Yes, I connected the wires for steering keys. Then in the android head unit, there was a special section for the steering keys, and I had to follow the instructions (i think it was hold a key for 5 seconds) to set the keys. It all depends on your head unit. It was convenient, because I could use the keys not used for something like mute. It might be worth noting that i no longer own this vehicle. I am glad my video helped a lot of people.

    Haha might as well have replaced. Purely on age. But great video. Do you happen to know where it sucks in air from the outside? I want to run the AC and spray some Glen 20 through the system and deoderise. Before you ask, yep it's a thing. I used to do it to my ve every couple years. Just want to do that before I swap my cabin filters.

      @@huntergang2050 hahaha well I'm here when he does. To be honest though. From experience. It's usually from outside just below the windshield. Where water drains in and out of as your driving. There should be and air inlet there for the AC. But since this vehicle has a rear cabin filter as well it may potentially be underneath the van at the back. My partner crashed mine. So I'm worried about actual issues now lol.

    hi Antz, any chance you could list what colour wires go to which speaker? someone has chopped all my plugs off and ran the wires willy nilly, the front are connected to the left and the rear are connected to the front. i'm trying to rewire it correctly, but cannot find a diagram anywhere.

    • @Antzmacadamia

      only NI-03 ISO plug will have it, at 6.55 i have a diagram in the video. Check your instructions for the headunit also, as it may have an indicator to what the colours are coming from the headunit. You can see in my Diagram i have labelled FL and FR for front left and right. I hope this helps.

    So you show the wire colours in Japanese, claim to of translated it but don't show the translation then you say you did I with addapters and plugs where the colours all match good for you mate thanks for wasting my fucking time too bad if it's already been butchered then tell me the colours are all the same as the plug. Wanker

      Its too bad you've butchered it yourself, you shouldnt be allowed near a screwdriver, instruction manual, or a keyboard. You are one useless knob. Add me to the list of people who refuse to help you because you are uncapable.

    • @N00bTube001
      @N00bTube001 3 года назад

      Fuckwit I'm not the one who butchered it that's how I brought the car... Thus wasting hours on RUclips, nothing useful then I finally come across something I thought was useful... If U used adaptor plugs then that's got nothing to do with translating, anyone can do that it's plug and play, try wiring up when everything is butchered, every wire is wrong, I popped speakers with a battery that's how I worked it out. Why claim to of translated wire colours when you just used a plug addapter?! U really sound like you've got no idea what your talking about. All I see is a brief picture of the plugs you brought, the "translation" you show before that top is in Japanese, bottom is in Japanese! You didn't even point out the fact that the front chanel comes off one plug and the rear comes off the other, Tell me how that's any sort of translation?! It's not that's the only thing I watched this for and you hadn't translated shit. The factory wires NEVER match any aftermarket radio or plug adaptor so that's irrelevant. To anyone wanting to know how to actually figure out the speaker wire colours don't waste time on Google or RUclips you WILL NOT find a translation, just get a all battery 1.5v - 9v and put it on the end of speaker wires and listen to what speakers pop simples, don't waste your time watching this.

    • @N00bTube001
      @N00bTube001 3 года назад

      Top and bottom of your translation is both in Japanese so that's not really translated is it

      I mean listen to yourself "acc that might be for the aircon" you've got no idea what your doing mate everyone knows that means accessories. You wouldn't know what to do without the adaptors... You broke a plug because your using fishing plyers, just stick to fishing mate

    Hi there My Nissan Elgrand E52 has installed an android GPS/Radio. The AM radio never works. and and the FM radio works at a bad signal receptions. There is a Blue wire ANT. This wire always has power at 12.xx volt. I think it is for power up the antenna (There are some car still need this wire. but not for the elgrand) The antenna was modified (joined) as a standard pin. This antenna is plugged into the radio. But the radio AM still not working. Can you help on the AM radio? What else do I need to do? Thanks

    • @Antzmacadamia
      @Antzmacadamia 4 года назад

      Hi Thong, I am not an experienced mechanic or expert, and you do have a different model (E52). Either use a smartphone for AM radio and bluetooth radio to the car, or take off the panel and check the connections of the android unit to see if a replacement will fix the problem. It could be your region. Take a photo of the connections and check online (ebay, aliexpress) for a similar head unit to replace it with. I recommend getting one that boots in under 5 seconds, as mine takes about 30 seconds. I'm not sure what the effect of the modified (joined) antenna may be, and if that is resulting in poor radio reception. I hope you can solve this problem, or work around it by using your smartphone instead. I've still go the TV tuner in my car which doesn't work and is useless, and I'm living in Japan.
