Today, I followed this recipe except I could only find pork neck and I used a pressure cooker instead. 2 lbs. only took 2 hours, then a slow pressure release. Anyone thinking of making this recipe, DEFINATELY GO FO IT!! Absolutely fantastic flavor. I'm drying them off a little with a fan, so I can vacuum seal portions, then freeze so they'll last.
