Strike While the Iron is Hot: Selling Your Home (Pt.1)
The threads are on the tenon, but there are threads in the meerchaum for the threa ds on the tenon to screw into. The stem is made of two parts. The threads part and a smooth part that slides out when you turn the stem to the right. Like a sheath
Don't unscrew your meerchaum pipes. Just twist the stem to the right. If you keep unscrewing the stem you'll wear out the ribs in the hole.
On this one the threads are on the tenon. Do you think I should refrain from twisting it off still? I'm pretty new to meerschaums
Hey brother! Wow, that's a beautiful Meer! I'm not the biggest fan of HB, but man oh man, some people really love it! Take Care, my friend!
Thank you! This one's a keeper for sure. Yeah, HB certainly isn't an everyday smoke for me, but one I'm glad to keep on deck!
I love Haunted Bookshop. Nice Meerschaum you got there !
Thank you! This one will always be special!
Well that's a whopper
I love a pipe with a fun story!
HB was one of my early favorites, and I still enjoy it. That’s quite a beautiful pipe…I’d smoke it if only to see it color.
I'd like to see it a rich gold and brown too. I'll post an update some day!
Nice pipe, decent Tobacco as you said very cigarette tasting but its stronger. Worthy blend
Definitely a good one to keep in the cabinet
Gorgeous pipe bro..the whole set and theme is a killer.
Thanks, man. I really appreciate that!
Beautiful pipe, China is a red hot market for high end artistan pipes. But yeah wouldn't trust a site like that, there are certainly knockoffs of pipes and accessories even though it's such a niche thing. HS Studio on the popular auction page sells a ton of pipes that borrow a lot of design cues from famous carvers.
I figured that AliExpress must be more popular in China. Judging by all the Chinese reviews on tobaccos they certainly seem to love the stuff as much as we do!
@@ADayinthePipe some pipe carver I forget who exactly was saying recently it's getting harder and harder to get good briar blocks that have had time to dry (years) anymore the China market is hoovering them all up.
Incredibly chill pipe

Hi there. I am a newish YTPC presenter also. The YT algo shared this video with me. Nice to meet you. Congratulations on the new Mearschaum. Beautiful pipe! Bremen debunked everything I thought I knew about mearschaum. Very good info from him.
Love the channel! Just subbed!
Great Review! & one of the coolest spots for smoking (:
My name is Auston D and I was born in 1991. I think we may be doppelgängers
Great tobacco and a nice little pipe! Great video. Thanks for sharing :)
I really appreciate all the engagement on my other videos!!
Awesome Pipe! I’ve always wanted to try the Sillem’s Black. Thanks for sharing!
This has become one of my favorites. I'd strongly recommend it if you're an English guy!
Good stuff! New subscriber here :)
I really appreciate it! The pipe community on RUclips is incredible.
One of my favorite blends from boswell
I think my favorite (of their aromatics that I've tried) might be Sweet Dreams, but PA Dutch treat as a close second.
@@ADayinthePipe boswell best or hunters choice prolly my 2nd
@@breakeronenine624 just added Hunters Choice to my cart 🥂
@breakeronenine624 I like Boswells Best and Pa Dutch Treat as well! We have similar tastes. Lately, I have been digging their Majestic 586 as well! We'll see if it stands the test of time like the others!
@glockensig I've actually never tried that one I'll have to give it a whirl one of these days
Q-tips can make it easier to clean up that shank and the chamber in the Peterson system.
Q-tips! Seems so obvious now. Thank you!
I’ve actually been enjoying a smaller pipe lately. I have a Peterson “Carrol of Carolton” that’s a great 40 minute smoke. Enjoyed your video. I’m near York Pa and there has been rain non stop the last week. Looks like you got a break from it.
Love the stem on those pipes. I might pick up a Peterson 2024 Halloween Dracula because it has a stem like that
Solid video, sub'd welcome.
I really appreciate that! I'm trying to hold myself to a video a week
@@ADayinthePipe as a longtime member of the YTPC no pressure, post when you want and have something worth recording. Quality over quantity
My favorite Peterson, I have 6 of the Draculas. Glad to have ya in the YTPC.
Thank you for the welcome! I might grab myself another after seeing the Peterson Halloween pipes for this year
I have noticed over the last 20 years the bowls keep getting smaller., Good video
I haven't been enjoying pipes nearly that long, but I can say that my oldest pipe (an estate pipe so I'm unsure of quite how old it is) has, by far, the biggest bowl.
If anyone has a recommendation for tobacco or has a tobacco or pipe they'd like me to try out, I'm all ears!
Love the content brother..keep it up.
have your tried Ordained by the same company? it usually sells out but if you like Presbyterian then I bet you'll like too
I haven't tried that. I'm going to see if I can get my hands on some right now. Thanks for the recommendation!
Nice video. I enjoyed it.
Thanks, Hank! The next one I'll be going over a really neat meerschaum pipe I found just recently
Great talk
I really appreciate that!
Cool channel ! Good video man
That means a lot! I really appreciate it.
I love the mustache
I remember back in primary school here in Adelaide Australia, 1975 or so, the teacher would smoke a pipe in class, man I loved that smell. Mr Eddie Jens Hay, hippie :) I wonder where he is now. So how long that session last? Great video, I want a pond.
A teacher smoking in class every day would certainly pack that scent into your memory! This bowl took about 40ish minutes, I think. As far as ponds, I absolutely love having a pond. I can bring a new hobby with it as well; water gardening. I bought almost all of my equipment from Facebook Marketplace for a fraction of the new cost
@@ADayinthePipe cheers man.
💨✨
How does that compare to a nice bulky meerschaum?
I tend to smoke on the hot side, which is never an issue with a meerschaum (not that I'd call jt an issue anyway) but this did get quite warm toward the end of the bowl. Maybe I should do a side by side with the same tobacco in a briar and in a meerschaum. I do appreciate the taste of the wood in a bowl that hasn't been ghosted yet
Just got my own Dracula XL90 a few days ago. Waiting for the right night to fire it up for the first time.
I had considered the XL 90! I was hesitant at first to get a Dracula since the colors are so unusual, but I absolutely love it.
Pipe by the pond. Doesn’t get better than that.
If it does, I haven't found it
Im going to smoke now.
Come have a bowl with me by the pond

It's a nice town, but not that nice. Roads coming iuto the town are a disgrace. Homeless and Drug addicts everywhere. Too many: Banks , Pizza, Nail/Hair shops, and far too many 'Fuzzy' retailers. The Car Dealerships have destoryed the North End of the Town. JMO.
Killed it.
I love D-town. Live here and love all the history, entertainment, variety of restaurants, pubs, farms, walking routes, the lake, the cows, the horses, the reservoir, museums, the excellent schools, old world architecture in town, access to a great hospital and many medical providers with parking, and shopping destinations. Many things are right here. And it’s not far to Philly or NYC and beaches. Oh and a train station in Doylestown, nearby New Britain and Chalfont. We are spoiled. Being half Irish I love that the town started with an Irish pub!
Bucks county schools racist as hell..
I live here, it’s alright. Be watchful for entitled Karens.
I’ve been there before and one thing to add is that the musician pink grew up there even though she doesn’t live there anymore I say it’s pretty cool:D
I live in Doylestown. Even though I think Doylestown is overrated, it does have great restaurants, shops, and the town itself is beautiful in architecture. I also love the history of Doylestown. And the 5 places you listed I would fully agree.
Exceptionally informative material.
Can’t wait to visit!!
Love the content!
Its a good thing you said you like Tony's. Even if its not the best pizza you kind of have to say it is.
Those are the rules haha
