i’m glad you’re enjoying it so far! i’ve been a fan of mahoyaku for four years now! the gameplay isn’t for everyone but personally i really enjoy it. but mhyk’s main selling point is the story. it genuinely has some of the best writing and characterization i’ve ever seen and i can’t wait to see it all play out in the anime!!!! fun fact, players can choose akira’s gender in-game but in most canon media (like the stage plays and manga) they’re portrayed as a man, and most online translations choose to refer to akira as a man (if they choose to gender akira at all) so it’s really interesting to see the anime have female akira.

I am excited about Caleb. I've liked him ever since he had been introduced in the main story and I had told my friend that I hoped they'd bring him back. But that means Zayne and Sylus are going to be dropped to my 2nd and 3rd favorites now.

tbh i'm not too excited. but it might be a good idea to continue the story of his past with the mc. the vibe he gives and the story looks good. but i don't know if it will be as exciting as the other four characters. i think the producers added him just to add him. as if he had to be added because of his relationship with the mc.

Yeah I totally agree with the things you are saying. Because I grew up loving the Winx club animated series and movies, so when I heard about the Fate coming to Netflix I got so excited. The first season didn't impress me with the original Winx storyline and sadly I was kind of disappointed but then I realized it was probably just the intro season to get everyone abroad on what the characters are and so on, so I followed to the second season and there it kind of got to me like the original Winx story, but in an adult kind of way which I loved. I am probably at least gonna peak through the comic book, but personally I would have loved to see more characters from the original story coming in and how they would put it in an adult or teen kind of way to FATE😍😍

My question is how do you use the point? I’m having a hard time with this

Great review and so glad you enjoyed it. Yes, that Ozdust Ballroom scene breaks me every time. Such a wonderfully emotional moment. Also, Defying Gravity was just amazing to see on the big screen. IMAX was my favorite viewing (and I've seen it five times at this point in different theaters). Looking forward to the second part for sure.

I share your opinion of seeing Fate as an alternative universe to Winx because they only share the premise of a magical school, nothing more. Some information I want to provide: 1. One of the authors, Olivia Cuartero-Briggs confirmed that no one involved who has worked on the Netflix series will be part of this project, not even the showrunner, Brian Young, was summoned. 2. The publisher has already confirmed that the story will have two volumes for contract, but that depending on sales, more content will be available. 3. Some sketches have already been released that were illustrated by Christianne Gillenardo-Goudreau, the artist of the project, and although the designs are cute, the fandom has already begun to hate her work. I hope the graphic novels have the expected success so that Netflix will wallow in envy for having made the decision to cancel the series. After all, it was his fault that the second season had low ratings because there was no big promotion like in other series.
