My opinion: You need someone who knows how to do Master recording. Your vocals are way too "effect"ed. You want your vox up front, yes, but with his voice you need to pull back on what sounds like, excess reverb. The mix needs more bass. Don't try to use the vocals to do the bass work, unless you've got a bass singer and he's not. I'd also recommend you put a pop filter in front of your mic because there's too much sybillance. This will make any word with an S in it ssssound sssnaky, understand? Lyrically, you get a bit pretentious and preachy. I totally support your desire to message your listener, but you don't want them feeling like scolded children either. They tend not to come back. Also, I see you did lyric videos before. That's very good, because lyric videos ARE a type of business card. Songwriting is not nearly the easy craft some think it to be and the greatest ALWAYS make it look very easy. It ISN'T. The balance you need is between the song itself and someone comfortable enough to tell you where the recording & mastering process needs improvement because my friend, you could have a number one hit but without those technical ears who can help you bring the best out in it THROUGH the recording process, it won't matter. 😢 You just need some time with PRO music production. I recommend you visit any place you can that still does studio recording and mastering. Ask a couple of questions, shut up and listen, digest it later and figure what of it you can use because, frequently, it's the *mastering process that makes or breaks a song. You want to be so well rehearsed you can sing/play it in your sleep. THEN record it. THEN start the mastering process. DO NOT EVER USE EFFECTS ON YOUR VOICE WHEN YOU RECORD😂 That's a no-no. ANY such is only don't after the entire song is recorded. ;)
