In the video, I've mentioned being in a "grut" a few times. My mistake. I meant rut. In this video, I discuss my battle in being in "dark holes" and "ruts". We've often feel like we are trapped in a dark hole, such as feeling unmotivated, uninspired, confused or uncertain. Ruts can be classified as moments or conditions where one has a hard time getting out of bed and starting the day. It is really hard, especially during a pandemic. In this video, I am happy to discuss that I am overcoming it!
