Hektar is primarily designed for early-stage massing studies, so it doesn't include detailed elements like electrical systems, plumbing, or interior design furnishings. However, for clients with specific design libraries and needs, our enterprise tier offers higher LOD (Level of Detail) resolutions and more detailed design capabilities, including potential integrations with detailed design elements. This allows for more comprehensive and specific design studies, including shaft, plumbing and other advanced features
