Welcome to the Cobargo Folk Festival's video channel, The Cobargo Sessions.
Produced annually by the Yuin Folk Club, the Cobargo Folk Festival of music, dance, song and spoken word, attracts thousands of visitors to the historic rural village of Cobargo in New South Wales.
The Cobargo Sessions is a series of quality videos showcasing artists who have performed at our Festival. Produced during the 2018 festival with the support of the NSW Government’s tourism promotion body, Destination NSW, we intend this to be the start of a far-reaching online archive of the music we love.
We want people from Australia and around the world to see the extraordinary talent that makes its way to Cobargo to entertain at a festival now firmly on the global folk and roots map. We also want to give something back to the artists who support our festival.
We hope you enjoy what you find here.

This is just a gorgeous arrangement. The clarinet and accordion are a shockingly genius addition to the rest of the ensemble I’m accustomed to hearing play this tune. The lead singer’s voice is timeless, haunting, and absolutely spot-on. Thank you for sharing!
