Lost Judgment: Soma triple leapfrog attack setup

#lostjudgment #yakuza I could be wrong, though, so don't come after me.
Kinugawa: UUAAHAH UAAAAH UUAAAH UUUAAAAH UAAAAAH
What a goat
This is theoretically possible to pull off , but it might be difficult to use in real boss fight because the duration of the CHA buff is too short, and the unpredictability of enemy's mortal attack.
You were in red health with the ex boost mortal reversal ability,so it could help with cha buff duration since every attack in ex boost and low health makes you mortal reversal. Means you have to bait more attacks in red health and ex boost
@@Juno4Uno This video’s just to show that this setup actually works. As for how we could use it in a real boss fight, here’s what I think: bosses usually throw out their deadly attacks right after entering Heat Mode, right? So we should refresh CHA right before they go into Heat Mode. Then, hit them with some strong moves to push them into Heat Mode and follow up from there. Still, just a thought, this might be hard to pull off.
My bad I was just thinking of trying to cut the process of refreshing CHA,getting a boss into heat mode, then mortal reversal into leapfrog ground combo to make it a bit easier. Until I thought of the problem of getting red health since there’s no quick and easy way to do it inside a boss fight like the items in yakuza or kaito in the kaito files so this tech seems really situational imo.
@ Yeah, you're right. I think compared to other leapfrog setups, this one is more niche.
Nice quick and simple tutorial man I’m gonna try and test these setups out and see what I can make out of them hopefully we find a setup that works on watanabe
I'm not very good at making tutorials, so if there's anything you don't understand, feel free to leave a comment, and I'll be more than happy to answer.
OOOH TEALOVER'S GROUND COMBO TECHS!!
yep!
Stealing this for my inevitable watanabe no damage
Haha, go for it. Actually, you can do triple leapfrog on Watanabe too as long as the leapfrog attack doesn’t connect. If you remember tea’s latest video, he did use triple leapfrog on Amon right in the end. So I was thinking maybe you can do your triple leapfrog ground combo set up on other bosses, too, But I haven’t had the chance to try it.
@@Jacob-x1dwill definitely try my triple leapfrog ground combo setups on more bosses see what I can come up with lol
@@Juno4Uno well, I tried on Watanabe, and the ground combo set up did not work. but it's possible to do as many leapfrogs as possible as long as you the attack doesn't connect. By my new setup seems to work pretty well, succeeds 9 out of 10 times.
what is that mod you use to not lose Heat in EX boost
I used the trainer to reduce my damage output and maintain max heat for practice purposes.
@@Jacob-x1d you mean cheat table´?
@ nah, it's an software that does the same as a cheat table. Google fling trainer and you'll find out.
just imagine if LJ had infinite juggling from Exactions mod
LJ is already perfect as it is, with so many ways to mix juggle launchers and ground combos. Adding infinite juggling would just be unfair to the bosses, haha!
this is a sick ground combo gotta keep grinding mine
Thanks. To be honest, you did extremely well with your ground combo. The confined space and restricted camera angle in the Soma fight make it really hard to pull off a nice ground combo.
Thank you I’m surprised I got it off when I did because like you said, the confined arena and camera make it a problem for a decent ground combo. Luckily I pushed Soma to a corner when I did my ground combo.
Keep grinding what!?

good to see you back man
good to be back
Very good
Appreciate it!❤
These combos are so hard to pull off. The positioning for each one has to be pretty precise; otherwise, it just doesn’t work. For example, in the first combo, I’m struggling to get the quickstep heavy attack in the perfect position for the following move. As for the second one, it feels like pure luck, which is completely different from what I want to replicate in the first place-Noble’s combo. I guess I'll have to practice more.
this is amazing
goated vid, reversals were so clean and very nice usage of the crane running heavy
Aww, thanks goat! It means a lot coming from you!
Very impressive combos amazing work!!!
glad you enjoyed it.
super goated, love the music choice too
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it.
Ayyye we love to see the progress from grinding peak no damage
Thanks, man, took a lot of tries but we got there.😃
👍🏻🥰big like
haha, thx🙃
The Chinese Yakuza community is hosting an event for the upcoming Lunar New Year, and this is my submitted video. I took a lot of inspiration from Noble and Tealover, with a little bit of my own touch added. Hope you all enjoy it!
@billybutcher224 It's on a Chinese video website called Bilibili, and they probably won't post it here on RUclips. But if you still really want to know, I guess you can contact them via this email: 1160899633@qq.com.
Man, I'll never have the creativity that Noble has. With every video, he comes up with unique reversal setups-it's just insane.
Hard ass music sync and gameplay
thanks, man
You’re doing really good though, if I was good with the tiger reversals I’d help but take the break and come back with a refreshed mind towards the game
This is the only 2 successful attempts that I got out of my 3 hours of trying.🥲
@@Jacob-x1dit’s funny because the other night I was trying to do this combo but I can’t even get the first two light attacks off along with deactivating ex mode
Bro pulled a Tekken body juggle on him 😂
This is by far the hardest combo for me to pick up. No matter what I do, I just can't get the fourth light attack in the reverse SSSSTT to connect, even with all the help Noble has given me. I think I'll take a break from LJ for now-this combo is really wearing me out.
Don’t tell me you could just double tap the evade button off walljump for the skateboard to pop out cause I’ve been trying to copy your combo and pulling out the skateboard has been giving me trouble. 😭
I don't think you need to double tap. I double-tapped here because I felt like I needed to hold the evade button to wall jump. All you need to do is press or hold the evade button right when you perform the wall jump. Holding it will extend the duration of the skateboarding.
Good shit pulling this off for why you could be having trouble pulling it off on kuwana, it could be that the boss hurtboxes are different from each other, causing the tiger reversal hitboxes to not hit or something to that effect.
Yeah, it has to be the case. Different heights and sizes can sometimes affect how some combos work. For instance, if you look at Tea's this video here at 3:49, Ryuji kinda pushed Yagami out of the way after the EX combo. This won't happen with enemies of smaller size tho. ruclips.net/video/igw5Ce1q1fM/видео.html
All the new combos-either I can't do them at all or they're really inconsistent at the moment for me. I find this combo setup easier to pull off with Kasai than Kuwana. If you want to practice this combo, I recommend starting with Kasai. It could just be my skill issues, though.
Correction: this is Calihei’s tech, he also had a video that explains this but this is a great way to get around the tech
I know it's calihei's tech originally, but Noble revamped the tech, so you didn't have to double tap fighting stance while doing it.
@ ah I see, definitely a better way to do the tech
I think it would be really cool to link powerslide into a combo-just throwing out some ideas here. Hopefully, someone will find a great setup for this. I'm thinking maybe the new quick-turn tech could make it happen, but I'm nowhere near comfortable using that tech in my combos yet.
Goated tech vid thanks Jacob I’m gonna practice this when I can and you should make more vids like this
Thanks. Hope it helps. I don't think this type of video will be that often, maybe when next Noble video drops.
Been enjoying LAD 8 and Metaphor: ReFantazio too much, but I haven't forgot LJ.
absolute peak and you're far from being a weak link, just think of it as an opportunity to show off your playstyle/progression and celebrating this goated game, looking forward to the combo collab
Thanks, it means a lot coming from you, goat.
Think of it this way, even if you're the weakest link (which is untrue in every sense) you still do better than most of if not, everyone else. You're one of the few people that demonstrated mastery over the game mechanics and combat and that is definitely not for nothing. Plus this video already shows how incredible you are at the system which is more than I can say for the people that spam the snake parry and the ground heat action for the 500th time and don't even come close to what you do. You got this dude
Thank you. What you said means the world to me, truly. I'm going through some rough patches lately, so a lot of the times I forgot to see things in a positive light.
