Still sad new destiny fans won’t get the chance to meet such an amazing character. Destiny just isn’t the same without him. When I saw his monument in the new season, it made me happy. Good to know he was never forgotten. Sometimes I’ll just sit by his statue, and tell him about my adventures. I know it’s dumb, but I do it anyways.

This destiny 2 gmv really brought tears to my eyes,Cayde 6 was one of my favorites,so when I saw him die...I killed every alien bastard I saw after that part of the game

As a hunter main, I will always carry Cayde-6's prized cannon, The Ace of Spades, it now has close to 17,000 kills with it and I will carry it with me until the very end of the Destiny franchise. For Cadye. This GMV was pretty emotional because I actually did tear up as Cayde laid dying on the ground in front of us and we couldn't do anything to save him.

You know there are still guardians out there that fight for cayde-6 and just that thought makes me happy.

Forsaken hit alot of players hard especially hunters, a lot of people even made hunters not just for the playability but cause hunters had a really good mentor.... and now not only did we not get to kill him ourselves... but his murderer still walks about with out even a thought about what he did! ... regardless of who it was for who was controlling him knowing that cayde is dead and we are suppose to just sit back and shake hands with him... When the day comes where we kill.him off you can bet it won't be the lights wraith with rain down him!

i have played destiny since the launce of D1, n Cayde will never be forgotten. such a big part of the game for me, but while i say that, it was really "smart" from bungies side to kill him in forsaken... cause damn we needed somthing that could keep us in the game, n to kill cayde made us all wanting revenge!! but then they made crow a fucking guardian... like WTF bungie!! dont care if he cant remember, dont care that he wants to help us.... im not gonna forgive him no matter what!!! we need to detonate that bomb spider planted in his ghost, n then i wanna empty my Ace of spades clip in his head!!

Cayde was not done justice in that dlc, it’s been a while since I’ve laced my hands on destiny 2 but I know with the death of my favorite character along with zavalas lack of a spine I probably wont go back to it. I finished the dlc, of course. Got my revenge and felt so many emotions at once then dropped it lol. Then I find out that uldren got a second chance? Will not be picking it back up again.
